Once received, orders can take up to seven business days for shipping. In most instances processing and shipping take less than one week but depending on size, color, and stock availability please allow for the longer time frame.
You will be notified via e-mail when updates on your order have occurred, i.e.-- receiving and shipping.
If in the event that a problem occurs with your order you will be immediately notified via e-mail or phone.
Orders are shipped through USPS via First Class and Priority depending on weight. Items are shipped securely and carefully and will include tracking information whenever possible.
Pre-Order Shipping Notice
On occasion we will put items up for pre-order. These items will begin shipping when the physical items are available. If you order other merchandise at the same time it will be shipped along with the pre-Order item. If you want the additional merchandise sooner, please make a separate transaction.
Special Shipping Notice
The Dragon Con Online store has a "black out period" each year when we do not sell merchandise in order to prepare for Dragon Con.
2017 Black Out Period: August 17, 2017 (5pm EST) - September 18, 2017 (9am EST)
In the event that an item does not meet your expectations, (Too big, small, wrong color, etc.), you must contact us via our Contact Page within two weeks of receiving your order. Please include the following information:

Problem with Order:
-- All online orders should to be returned to the online store; please do not bring returns to the convention stores.
-- Dragon Con memberships are non-refundable and non transferable.
-- Dragon Con memberships cannot be transferred forward to the following year.
