Shipping
Once received, orders can take anywhere from one to four weeks for shipping. In most instances processing and shipping take less than one week but depending on size, color, and stock availability please allow for the longer time frame.
You will be notified via e-mail when updates on your order have occurred, i.e.-- receiving and shipping.
If in the event that a problem occurs with your order you will be immediately notified via e-mail or phone.
Orders are shipped through USPS via First Class and Priority depending on weight. Items are shipped securely and carefully.
Special Shipping Notice
Store.DragonCon.net does not process orders, for physical items that need to be shipped, for a period of time each year, because of Dragon*Con.
